The location of the hotel is perfect as it is conveniently close to public transport, making it easy to explore the city. it is situated near Chinatown, providing an array of dining options just steps away. the rooms are spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent hospitality. there is strong WiFi available throughout the hotel.
Some guests have reported issues with the check-in process, which could be improved in terms of communication and accessibility.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and comfy, with a big internet TV where I could easily connect my Netflix account. The decoration and interior design gave the room a comforting yet modern vibe that I loved. The bed was comfortable, and I also enjoyed the strong shower pressure. The hotel was clean, and I could even feel the squeakiness of the floor. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk to the vibrant Chinatown area. There were plenty of food and souvenir shops to explore, and I loved the nearby Starbucks and 24-hour 7-11 convenience store. the owner took me to the trendy Soi Nana area with great vibes.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.
